Elm Cottage is a vegetarian/vegan bed and breakfast located in the historic district of Searsport. Every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Room rates include afternoon tea and a full breakfast, but do not include the Maine State Lodging Tax.

Elm Cottage B&B is no longer participating in the MPBN Member Benefit Program.

Reservation and Payment Policy: Payment may be made by cash, check or travelers checks. Credit cards are no longer accepted because of exorbitant bank fees. However, the online reservation system requires a Visa or MasterCard number in order to complete your reservation.

Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.

Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

Breakfast is served in the dining room at 8:30 a.m., or by arrangement if you need to leave early.

Elm Cottage is a home for non-smokers.

Elm Cottage is not suitable for young children.

We have pets so, regretfully, our home is not suitable for anyone with pet allergies.
